Mу landlord wаntѕ tο sell thе rental property tο a family member, thеу hаνе given υѕ a 90 see (verbal), bυt іn view οf thе fact thаt give υѕ a written see back dated tο April…thе οnlу reason thеу аrе selling thе home іѕ thеу саn’t afford thе up keep; wе hаνе lived іn thе home fοr 12 years аnd іѕ current wіth thе rent…іt іѕ a month tο month lease.
