It changes everywhere in the USA... I bought a 2-family house in Quincy, MA - 2 bedrooms each and I charged $1,200 for each apartment. I bought a single family house in Hilton Head Island, SC - 3 bedroom and that is renting for $1,550.... On the average - 1 bedroom = $800-$1000 2 bedroom = $1000 - $1200 3 bedroom = $1200 - $1500 It depends on how many units are in the complex or if it is a single family house.
