Maybe see if your friend can get you a connection with the same company they are with…

If not, you will have to start out at the bottom of the office – in let.

1Obtain a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business handing out, real estate or finance from an accredited college or university. A degree can help when applying for an supporter property administrator or similar entry-level spot.
Step2Take property management courses. There are numerous courses available, online or classroom, that teach the essentials of property management.
Step3Gain experience in the real estate field. Spend time as a broker or real estate agent. A background in showing and selling real estate is a fantastic asset in becoming a property administrator.
Step4Pass a state property management licensing examination, if this is required by the state where you live. Registration and test fees apply.
Step5Become a Certified Property Administrator through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Step6Join a qualified property management association such as the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) or Property Management Association. Take advantage of seminars, conferences and continuing culture opportunities.

You need a real estate license first, and then it should not be too hard to find a commission only job.
