How to transfer rental property into an LLC?

Author: I was adviced that I should set up an LLC to hold my rental properties. How do I go about transfering these rental properties into the LLC? Are there any fees associated with these transfer?

I rarely ever say this, but it is time to talk to a real estate attorney. There are some small fees associated with any transfer.
quit claim from you to your llc. Now the problem with this is it could trigger any due on sales clauses with in the deed of trust if you have mortgage on any of them. So the note would become due and payable if the lender finds out.
