		<description>You&#039;d have to sign a lease on the new place starting the 1st, and have your lease at the other place end on the 31st.

That&#039;s cutting it close.  It might be better if the new place will allow you to move in a few days early and pay a few days of prorated rent.  That way you&#039;re not out a whole month of (double) rent but you&#039;re also not trying to squeeze a move in/out into one day.</description>
