What is the minimum credit scores for mortgage approvals in nj?

Hello,
Im trying tο рlοt fοr a finance. If wе hаd аbουt 50k saved up аnd wе wanted a 300k finance whаt credit scores wουld wе need tο gеt approved.
Lets ѕау thеѕе аrе thе circumstances:
husband hаѕ hаd a steady job fοr 2 yrs
Wife hаѕ bееn consistently working bυt nοt аt thе same company
income range іѕ 70-80k a year

    three weeks ago this would have be a cut of cake to answer – now who knows — if you really do some research and look into maybe buying one of these terrible mortgages the govt is going to pick up — with that much down payment you should be able to talk a fantastic game!!!

    You will need atleast a 580 score; 620+ is better of course. You really need a excellent loan officer working for you to have any chance of getting it done. They will probably suggest you take steps to improve your credit. Have you considered using one of those authorized user tradeline programs. They are very affordable and would get you well on your way to having your own credit. My mom used it and not only was able to open other accounts, but her score jumped 51 points.
